PROJECT #1 – (2012 – 2018)
Public Sector – CIO Branch Business Transformation
IBISKA was awarded a multi-year, multi-million business services contract to assist a large public sector organization in the development and implementation of a transformation strategy, to oversee the implementation of best practice-based disciplines, and to provide a management framework to link results to planning objectives. The work involved advisory services and assistance in the development of a roadmap, change management and performance management plans for the Branch Transformation. The transformation affected over a thousand employees directly, and indirectly affected all programs and services delivered by the organization. IBISKA provided senior level expertise in the areas of Business Transformation Architecture, Organizational Design, Business Process Re-Engineering and Policy Development in support of multiple projects related to: IM/IT Service Management and Cost Recovery; IM Architecture Alignment; Performance Management; HR Transformation.

Infrastructure Modernization Projects
For a period of 4+ years, IBISKA supplied a large team of Senior Project Managers (100+ concurrently) to oversee the planning, initiation and execution of large transformational projects involving extensive stakeholders’ engagement and facilitation for a very large public sector organization. The work involved the planning and implementation of communication and change facilitation activities; the definition of business requirements and technical specifications; the management of RFP processes and contracts installation; and the planning and implementation of the transition of legacy systems and services for email, data centre, work place collaborative technologies, telecom and network services to new consolidated and modernized services.

Enterprise Architecture Services:
Since July 2015, IBISKA has been a major supplier of Business, Technology and Enterprise architecture services to a large public sector IT organization mandated to modernize and consolidate infrastructure services to an enterprise-wide model. Our senior level architects have worked with the organization’s stakeholders taking on leadership roles in the definition of “as is” and “to be” states and in the development of strategies and architectural evolution plans to bridge the gap. Projects focused on meeting the needs of multiple clients within the organization, assessing the feasibility of migrating to the target state, and developing plans to securely implement leading edge technologies and platforms.

IT Security Engineering and Design
Under this multi-year contract IBISKA has been providing IT Security Design, Engineering and Risk Assessment to a large public sector client geographically dispersed across the nation and internationally. The work included the development of an enterprise IT Security architecture and the definition of IT Security services for the organization. IBISKA’s team of consultants worked on a broad range of IT Security technology solutions in high security environment.
